The Leadership Development Campaign will allow us to invest in the next generation of leaders so they can excel in these traits

How the Funds will be used

  • Our college ministry has multiplied, starting with 1 disciple at NAU and witnessing many be baptized in our two years in Flagstaff. We envision multitudes becoming true followers of Jesus in the upcoming years. The need for student leaders is evident. The Summer Internship is a 2 month paid program that a group of students will be developed into the student leaders of our college ministry for the following year. We currently have 6 students in the program for this summer and are amazed at their spirit, the growth they are seeing in walk with God and their development into our future leadership team.

  • The Campus Training Program is a 5 day workshop hosted by the North River Church of Christ. The goal is to teach every college student how to be an excellent and effective disciple on their campus. This May we were able to sponsor all of our college students to fly to Atlanta for CTP. It was well worth the investment as each student left encouraged through the lessons, challenged by the practical application and inspired through meeting college disciples throughout the Southeast.

  • With the dream of planting churches (in Sedona, Williams, Tuba City and St. George) we desire to invest in the future church leaders and worship leaders. The role of the worship leader that we hire will not only be leading our worship team but also training up another generation of worship leaders.
